they average the csa pts of a companies drivers... if too high they get audited n it affects their insurance rates so they r always lookin to hire low csa drivers...

There's a lot of fuckery in the industry though. My one buddy is a cdl driver and i hear all about the industry from an inside out perspective. Just keep your csa score like zi is saying and you should be able to find a good company.

If I for example were to speak.

Who I am would be changed between who I was before speaking and who/how I will be viewed as after speaking.

Therefore the initial recognition of Sparky will be changed after I speak.

Hence why I do not want to speak in Discord.
