I sleep too late and don't get enough sleep and then take naps during the day. The naps cause me to postpone my homework session and pretty much i sleep late again and start the whole cycle again

I'm good about it during the week, but I fuck it up every Saturday for the game.

have you tried staying up and then sleeping at 10pm?
