Sure you can possible lose your virginity if you pay a prostitute, but that's not the point of incels. Incels are people that are so ugly, socially awkward or/and overall unable to deal with the requirements of society (combination of those in various degrees) that find themselves outside of the sexual market. Though honestly plenty of them can be so bad that they can't even work, so even paying for sex is impossible.
