Like for instance when I applied to be an electrician, our online form was asking for our indigenous ethnicity, and gender
In Australia
Damn diversity hires
dude it's the same here but for 70% of jobs @VenomousHawk86
I feel like the root go out of their way not to hire whites
In the states we have affirmative action and scholarships specifically for certain minorities
what life decision caused you guys the biggest positive change in your wellbeing, and hoow old were you?
Right now, 18, I finally have something to aspire for

@Bishop of Wasd what are you aspiring to?

Management
Specifically, a bar
I grew up in the inner city and I tried so hard to fit in because everyone else was. Thinking that school was stupid, crime was cool, etc. After I noticed how toxic it was I started learning everything I missed in school. That's my biggest positive change
Yeh, just don’t think Australia is any better then America
But I was like 20 so it was nearly too late
We just have more colonialism guilt
I don't get how people are mad about America being conquered
It happened all the time throughout history
@Bishop of Wasd cool man - did anything inspire you to want to work in management?
@Bishop of Wasd because wypipo
if the zulu took over america instead, there would have been mass genocide
never mind the european wars with the turks
@ToastMcGhost the fact u changed puts u in the minority man, most ppl never do and live life through the lens of mass social conditioning
accept you got conquered as fuck, be stoked that your'e alive and allowed to thrive in that society
@JDB some guy during career day. Worked at a brewery. Talked about how his beer brought folk together
the bringing together, sports teams are a great example too
@ToastMcGhost i'm 20 now and have only really started accepting my view points and making my sense of the world since HHH channel i found 6 months ago ish
guilting/ shaming - especially the winners, just results in creating assholes and separating ppl
@JDB I know man, I saw whole families of every race on welfare and other social programs. They had no intention of getting a job
@Nihbru exactly
@Bishop of Wasd that's so sweet man, congrats on finding that - sounds great!
I won't deny Indians got screwed over a lot but the US is a great example of the ends justifying the means
@JDB thanks
ye true
I logged into FB on thanksgiving and saw a lot of posts saying we shouldn't celebrate because muh Native American genocide. All I could think was "I had nothing to do with that and neither did you"
Let's just ignore the fact that tribes went to war
And they kept scalps as trophies
@ToastMcGhost fucking pisses me off too, people creating drama for the sake of it
too many women without hobbies, and too many soy boys wanting said women
