Firstly, sweat isn't a bodily fluid which carries HIV. The only bodily fluids that do are: blood (including menstrual blood), semen, rectal secretions, pre-cum, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. On top of that, the only kind of cut where we see transmission happening is the type that is large and gaping enough to require an ER visit/stitches.
