gonna go run 3 miles in 20 minutes today
that’s my newest goal
Use to be able to run 1 mile without stopping
Was really one of my glory times
running is alright
i like lifting more but
3mi 20mins is a pretty decent time
working to get it down to like 18 minutes
that’s about where im at
More of a cardiofag, but after I lose a good amount of weight I'll do some weights for a little gains
