There's no punishment only incentive

The difference between men and women is that men(as a collective) are willing to put restrictions on themselves. Women are the only people capable of controlling themselves as a collective and it remains to be seen whether they -- as a group -- are capable of conducting themselves in a similarly logical fashion.
