Pcsx2 is extremely cpu demanding

I dunno wii and gamecube games run fine

Even newer games

Those are way easier to run

Ps2 emulation is just farther behind

The pc port of mgs 2 is trash too apparently so I'm fucked

The same was true for me back on my laptop gc and wii is probably 2x easier to run

I've got a i5-3230m, 2.6 Ghz, and MGS3 ran nearly perfectly, I can't remember my settings though, and there were several parts where I just had to put up with lag
