My dad was on and off of heroin for a while after he left
heroin is very tough man
But hes got off of it now
only reason some of my family are off of it is because they're incarcerated
You can tell in his FB photos. He's gained weight and his skin looks a lot better
And my mom has been off of it for years

My cousin and his family are like the only normal relatives I have
But they live in California
Both of m families are very dysfunctional but still love each other
And they pretty much cut themselves off of most of the family because they dont want to deal with all our problems
