but i'll be unlocked in like 10 hours

It also doesnt help I've got a torn rotator cuff, even half pushups were awful, but that might just be because I'm all leg

man i can do 15 pullups, finger pullups, like 3. my fingers give out because i have bitch hands.

makes my forarms sore af too

might be able to change pullup positions to avoid reinjury
