@Vivi twitter has systems in place to automatically suspend any accounts from people who were previously suspended for any reason other then suicidal ideation (being suicidal is the only suspension your allowed a new account with)
so if shes had other accounts suspended they must have just did a scan and found her IP matched an old suspension and then beaned her
the scans dont always happen, and you can get past a few scans, so it can take anywhere from literally instant, to a year to get your new acct banned, just depends on when they do their scan and how lucky you are

when my old account got banned and i tried to appeal it, it gave me a bot response, so i responded over and over trying to get a human response, and eventually the bots like "we will never unban an account that was suspended for abuse" .... and the bot put me on a "do not reply" list so i can no longer appeal the ban, even though abuse was NOT why i was banned
so my old account is banned with no chance of appeal because of a bot error
god i hate robots sometimes
