Managed Oil rigs for many years...now I have a little farm

im jelous...id love nothin more than my own little plot of land to work and live off

Oh so Lucky, I always wanted a farm My great Grandparents Farmed Miss it, but have my Beautiful garden

A nice little farm is what I am working towards too 😃

Its lots of work...my uncle has a big ranch I help him out with as well. No thanks to big farming lol

I would like to build an "earthship" on my land.

Just a little hobby farm for me. Enough to share a bit maybe though.

We use to ride the cows, my cows name was Beauty, I went one Day and she was gone , so I like land farming only !

I grew up in the city and decided to leave while my kids were young. Love the small town living but will will eventually move further north.

I live in a small town right now. I do miss the farm .

The only think that I don't like about my town is that you either have money working at the one big place to work here or you make minimum wage. That is why I decided to start my own business lol

Small towns arent too bad as long as you dont end up on the wrong side of local politics LOL

That is why I stay silent for the most part here. lol

Me too. I was in it for a while here. Then woke up one day in 2012 and never really looked back.

Raising awesome children is the best and most rewarding "job" I feel I could ever have.

My small town grows small by the day and all our children must leave for work else where, Families apart , hurts .

I spent most of my kids lives on the road or overseas...It wasnt worth it

Yes @WeeOne . That happened to our family too. We grew up together and now are lucky to see each other once a year due to the separation.
