God Help us indeed. But I don't many people are listening to the climate change rhetoric these days. They're more concerned about bread and butter issues like jobs, paying the bills,....putting food on the table etc.

We have a carbon tax in Alberta. It's chased the oil and gas industry away. Caused prices to go up on everything. People are angry

Yup. We have to wait another year before an election. But for sure the NDP will be gone. Jason Kenny and the UCP will form government and job no.1 for them is repealing it.

Kenny has promised that will be the first priority.

Yes it is provincial but any province that doesn't impose their own the feds will impose one.

We get these tiny little rebate checks that amount to nothing.. it's basically bribing us with our money

Businesses do pay........it's on their electricity, heating etc. Plus a lot small businesses have had to close.
