Most deaths are from people that are 50+ or those with pre-existing medical conditions which is pretty much the same for the flu so unless you fall under that. You should be fine.

Well no believing the Chinese gov would be silly but we do have numbers in the EU as far we can trust those... Either way panic and mass hysteria won't help you either just do what the health institutes of your country says and carry on like usual.
