and the "/s" I think comes form an old text format
where things like would mean start bold
and then would mean end bold
some places still use it ill bet, but it isn't as common now.
usually whats said is so outlandish that it should seem obvious, but with politics outlandish is the norm.

well if you had one it would be almost human at that point
it would have to understand all of the ins and outs of the language
and be able to find context of what ever was being said.
