did you measure it in imperial too?

2020-02-22 13:34:22 UTC

Why is the coordinates of the great pyramid the speed of light?

2020-02-22 13:36:05 UTC

are they? i wouldnt know

2020-02-22 13:37:04 UTC

north its the first half but not east

2020-02-22 13:37:12 UTC

Why is the dimensions of the pyramid, the base and the height, equal to one hemisphere of the earth on scale

2020-02-22 13:37:32 UTC

The base is the equatorial circumference

2020-02-22 13:37:44 UTC

sounsd like the eegyptians knew their shit

2020-02-22 13:37:47 UTC

The height the polar radius

2020-02-22 13:37:58 UTC

lots of people knew the world wasnt flat

2020-02-22 13:38:02 UTC

you only have to see shadows

2020-02-22 13:38:09 UTC

this is confirmation bias

2020-02-22 13:38:09 UTC

1:42,300

2020-02-22 13:38:12 UTC

you're reading in

2020-02-22 13:44:00 UTC

I'd say the Egyptians didn't build the biggest pyramids, they saw them and were in awe. They tried to emulate what was there. They renovated it.

2020-02-22 13:45:05 UTC

im a fan of the water erosion theory in regards to the sphinx

2020-02-22 13:45:16 UTC

Yeah the enclosure

2020-02-22 13:45:18 UTC

i think its quite clear

2020-02-22 13:45:29 UTC

that they didnt build the phinx

2020-02-22 13:45:49 UTC

They probably recarved it

2020-02-22 13:45:56 UTC

And maintained it

2020-02-22 13:46:02 UTC

the head perhaps

2020-02-22 13:46:10 UTC

Yeah that's what I mean

2020-02-22 13:46:11 UTC

the proportions are different

2020-02-22 13:47:21 UTC

There wasn't enough reason between now and then to cause the water erosion on the enclosure

2020-02-22 13:47:34 UTC

Enough rain*

2020-02-22 13:48:41 UTC

well the eye of the sahara looks like it was formed by water and its in the middle of a desert so if it wasnt built circa 0 ad then there was probably a bigger event that occured earlier in geological history

2020-02-22 13:49:07 UTC

hadn't heard of this theory

2020-02-22 13:49:20 UTC

so who would have made them? any theories for *that*?

2020-02-22 13:49:31 UTC

there's written diaries of labourers building the pyramids

2020-02-22 13:50:14 UTC

im talking about the sphinx

2020-02-22 13:50:26 UTC

its called the water erosion theory im pretty sure

2020-02-22 13:50:36 UTC

I didn't know about these diaries. That is interesting

2020-02-22 13:50:38 UTC

there are chambers under the sphinx we arent allowed to excavate

2020-02-22 13:50:47 UTC

> Egyptologists, geologists and others have rejected the water erosion hypothesis and the idea of an older Sphinx, offering various alternative explanations for the cause and date of the erosion.

2020-02-22 13:50:55 UTC

eyewatering values for the power demand on that laser, wacka, i'm suspicious of the engineering needed to make it happen

2020-02-22 13:51:00 UTC

i listened to one last night https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyQpxzbL_BM

2020-02-22 13:51:21 UTC

10 petawatt lasers?

2020-02-22 13:51:25 UTC

aye

2020-02-22 13:51:39 UTC

so any reactor isn't going to be small and can't just be placed anywhere
