The diversity isn't inherently the problem that's a misrepresentation, it's the insane amount of poverty that comes with it, you can't move people from poverty onto close proximity with high wealth and expect everything to be fine

but i'd say its also people moving to this country, and refusing to accept the culture, or even the language in some cases

My home town is 99% white with basically no immigrant population and a massive amount of wealth disparity and we deffo have problems with gangs

And plenty of petty crime, it's not as simple as cultural differences at all
