Its still tough for me to deal with it, but having a reason to do it helps a lot

If you can find a goal to work towards that you care about, it makes the work you're doing to get there actually mean something

finding a coping mechanism works. I ironically think about how useless everything is bc we're all just floating cells with no free choice. From that point im like "if i can do whatever i want, im just going to be the best fucking person i can be then laugh about it on my deathbed"
