I managed to get a driving license in the UK but it took me about a year and a half

Every lesson was about $31 for you guys

Over here car driving lessons basically revolves around making sure to hit as many pedestrians as possible and bicyclists are worth double points

still can't even own a car though because insurance is too high

Have you considered one of those engine kits for bicycles that basically turn into a motorcycle

Wouldn't have as much cargo space or the Comforts but at least it would get you from point A to point B
