I am Miss closed captioning on the old style TV signal

Sure it wasn't ultra-hd but if there was a single cloud in the sky I wouldn't lose signal all together

Things would just gradually get more fuzzy maybe it would go to black and white but I could still hear what the people were saying on TV and if it's even got so bad that I could hear what the hell they're saying and see what was going on

I could still turn the closed captioning on and read what the hell is going on

Now if you've got anything less than your antenna directly soldered to the transmission tower of the station you just get glitchy bullshit

Not only that but we missed out on so many useful gadgets

For example there used to be a USB things you could plug into your computer or phone to make them catch the radio waves

And if you watch one particular episode of ashens YouTube channel unfortunately I forget which video he found a phone that had that built into it and I really want to get that particular phone so I can duct tape it to a ps1

Because if you use a certain cable for the PS1 it happens to Output the same kind of signal that antennas receive so if you solder it to the antenna you can get the signal to go through as if it had a coaxial cable
