Blacks are not capable of civilization. The few "blacks" that seem civilized, are part white, and their white genes are dominant.

I actually want to find quotes by military authors like sun tzu, napolean, clausewotz, etc, concerning diversity, dvision, and/or divide and conquer strategies. Then paste the quote over a pic of the general.
