also, per this, the distinction i was suggesting, between what you could do with census data previously, and what they might be able to do with a database like this, is, not just to make sure their fuckery stays within reason, but to provide an avenue to 'vote sharing' or using the database to keep track of a central supply of available voters, who are all registered in multiple places around the country, such that votes can be given where needed and as needed, without causinig risking the same identity showing up on multiple rolls as having voted.
