There has to be much better way for laborers to negotiate wages and working conditions with their employers than unions. One possibility is negotiating firms that collects information about job performance from different companies and finds correlations between different parameters of a potential employees resume, anonymized work performance, etc. I'm not an expert but unions are clearly shit.
