I've found quitting cigarettes to be pretty easy but I guess I wasn't smoking them for 10 years like some

If you change your lifestyle its easy

it's easy to just light one up every time your bored or the urge arises

Im 7 year smoger

Tried 20 times and failed

I was a 4 and 1/2 year smoker

I made it a goal to join the army and joined a gym, i stopped smoking without even wanting to

I quit on the 8th of march

It was so easy

Working a week in hand in france, I'm having to make a choice between cigs and food soon 👀 payday cannot come quick enough

But as soon as i lost the goal i started again

2 months smoke free
