1. They (creators at CN, nickelodeon, etc.) know how vulnerable your the minds of your children are and they are actively trying to take advantage of that. The thing is that they're teaching them lessons that they've learned as adults in the form of story lines. Think of it as a puppet show to vent out adult stresses.

2. Because of the growing popularity of youtube, it's become harder to sell and appeal to millennials. WP was cut from a show with an overarching plot (think Smocaine 3, Prodigal Stunna, Moms) to a sketch show because of the low attention span of most kids and teenagers these days.

3. The shit Brett Gelman said is bullshit entirely. The issue isn't hiring women. The issue is hiring men who are pervy and shit (and also primarily liberal). This has happened MULTIPLE times in CN and historically with John K being a weirdo (who's genius in some ways) but still creepy.

5 (kind of a sub point of point 1). A big issue with animators for CN is their mindset. I'm sure anyone that's met an animator before knows that they're not exactly as mature as you'd expect. The thing with them is their adult inhibitions subliminally taking over their ideas for storylines. This is a primary cause for sexual harassment too. Most writing rooms can descend into people joking around with the same humor they've kept from before puberty.

6. Mike Lazzo maybe outed

He's made a few missteps before and there are some #metoo-tier allegations coming out. Nothing too extreme, but I wouldn't be surprised.

7. The biggest internal issue with CN and animation along with AS and shit is the same stuff with sexual harassment and being a controlling weirdo. What could help is some republicans in there, but nobody will hire any. Also because there aren't a lot of non-larping republican animators

9. There may be a new kind of revolution coming. IF we get more liberal with animation and what we allow with kids, we could see more right-leaning content being greenlit. More freedom could mean more possibility.
