at first it was fucking hype but being around people like that day after day. i couldnt take anymore after 8 months in and put in my notice to go fuck around in vietnam

the type of people at that job, they live in a different level than me. the vast majority when to a state school that their married parents paid for, live in a condo that was bought for them at 18. they are easily offended and only talk of pop culture. the quality of work you do does not really matter, it is more how social you are and who likes you. it is like that in other jobs to a degree but in an office its raised to the nth degree
