it's good

We went from keto diets and organic eating to taco bell and white monster

taco bell power bowl is not super unhealthy

i weigh 160lbs

i can eat what i want

Next episode on my 600 pound life

Cspan eats another super bowl

nah the thing was only like 500 calories

i have to make a real effort to gain weight and keep it on

like 3000 cal/day diet for a month

i might get up to 175
