@pd I think I might do like 1 cup of raw milk in the morning during the summer when I'm working outside. I mean I am pushing carts 10+ hours a day in 100 degree heat I should be able to burn those carbs easily

@Deleted User I sear the outside on highest heat. I get good quality 100% grassfed so the only risk of bad bacteria is from mishandling (ie touching chicken then beef) by the butcher. The inside is only warmed.
