@Fitzydog for all system I GM I use premade campaigns and adventures as well as homemade ones. If I run a homemade campaign I use premade adventures for the system or dapted ones frm other systems for sidequests or to bolster up the content. If I find an interesting adventure then I check if I can integrate it. And it can help to give additional content if I am to lazy to write something myself or just don't come up with something. And it is a good thing to have something as an Ace in the sleve if the group detours and you need to come up with something.

I ran Jade regent once. It end up half mine and half the campaign as I ended up inserting so much of my own story beats into it

I'm contemplating murdering every other candidate so that I can become the mayor of Phandalin. Not sure what my group would think about that...
