Any idea for a race who live in the hills?

Halflings

Right now I'm thinking my big capital city in the hills is gonna be hill dwarves, halflings, some half-orcs and humans.

But I kinda want some smaller races into the game. Something unique, so that the PC's dont actually recognize the race.

Hmmmm. I could make it a heavily dialectial orcish.

So even if someone speaks orchish, they would have a hard tiem understanding.

I'm thinking that they have been free for a long ass time. but havent joined back civilization. so the slave speech and the orchish got intertwined.

Also, the idea of a bear race, with a very harsh and primitive language (and ideas) who are mostly druids and shit. What do you think of that?
