I guess you just like the drama, must be an English first language thing 😄
That doesn't suddenly mean it's okay to leap the cage and attack someone in the crowd post fight (after you WIN, no less)
Oddly enough I haven't said anything about whether or not I 'like the drama'
I've been following combat sports for well over ten years
Some fighters are brash, some are quiet
All part of what makes it such a fascinating sport to watch
Massive variation in the characters that populate it
BJ Penn came from a wealthy family and didn't even need to fight to begin with, but did so because of the challenge it presented
Dana White, the UFC, the House, banks on shit talk and drama to sell tickets
And I laugh at their moral surprise at something like this happening
Almost like they're a promotion or something <:think_woke:378717098681171988>
Yeah, it wasn't their plans
You think someone attacking someone in the crowd post-fight is a regular thing
interesting.
The drama game went to far and all
But don't act surprise when that's the position you people in.
The amount of things I've heard said between fighters over the years, pre-fight
rofl
"he said mean things so it totally justifies my behaviour"
mmmk
Tough luck
heard that from a certain group of people before
should have had a better base level respect
lol fuck off
Go try to do that crap in Eastern Europe
Go shit talk to random russians on the street
Will love to see you cry about freedom of speech 😄
ah, so you're saying Eastern Europe is full of people who can't keep their cool and get triggered at words
cool cool
Are you Kathy Newmaning me?
Ahahaha
Are you SJWing me?
They don't take your shit, is that what I said.
words are violence bro
So just generic thuggish behaviour hiding behind the veneer of 'respect'
👌
Words rile up people to fight.
So we can't trust Eastern European fighters to not try to start riots after fights
Then fight in the cage, you dill
You can't just cuss someone over and over and not expect a reaction.
