BMW used to be good, now the only good BMWs are the big engined ones
their small engines are trash
also
bmw make this
Well globalism has made it a lot more irrelevant, now it's all a matter of tradition
But different schools of thought generally belonged in different geographic locations for a very long time
And availability of materials in manufacturing, as well as manufacturing knowledge, was also geographically limited
German engineering is renowned for a solid reason, even if it's no longer warranted
I recently bought a bosch drill because bosch are usually good quality and well made and my old drill was a bosch and really good, the new drill is nowhere near as good as my old one
Bosch shit the bed
it just doesn't have the build quality
also my pressure washer is a karcher and it's FUCKING GARBAGE
Tis also why honda is overrated
that isn't true, the pump and internals of my pressure washer are acceptable
but
the pump is held in place in the plastic body
by fucking polystyrene
Value enginerded
it's disgustingly poor that they skipped out on plastic brackets for just bits of shit packing material
ew
Have been, are, will continue to be.
faguettes
credit where it is due on french cars
peugeots diesel engines are pretty solid and reliable
Diesel is for queers
but that's basically all that comes out of france that is okay in terms of automotive stuff
Take one look at the citroen cactus and say that again
citroens more like shitroens, renault more like renfault
Agreed that a diesel is the gayest type of car to own.
I'm gonna be honest
You people are literally insane
I like the citroen cactus
Diesel best
...Unless you're going for a fast sports car
Then it's not best
Like in 5 years time when the cactus costs next to nothing I might buy one as a cheap runaround that I can leave in shitty areas and not worry about
Hell yeah
I mean it's not best on any type of car, trucks sure, RVs, anything towing a trailer, good, terrible on a car.
and have morons throw doors open into
