teslas are expensive as hell with crappy quality, but they also have little viable alternatives
The tech is there
but it's still very niche
the ipace is probably the most refined EV on the market
I live a a 'fairly small' island and it's still not fit for purpose for my needs
IPace looks good, just need a lot more places to charge it up
I'm actually very disappointed in the uk and europe that they haven't imposed standardised ev charge plugs
the array of different shit and unsupported crap is stupid and just fucks with consumers
It's just not good enough yet for that type of measure
its a niche product
the graphene batteries and liquid anode batteries look promising as a replacement to lithium
range won't be an issue if the graphene battery stuff scales
but charge time is still iffy
