So even if we all unanimously say, "loli hentai is disgusting, we should ban it"... we can't enforce it. Same for imaginary rape, or imaginary anything.
Eg: literally any porn of the MCU characters, who are all played by real people

My point was, even if we give up on the "it's imaginary, so not real" non-starter, even if were to accept that imaginary people have the rights of real people, it's no practical, because our laws don't work in fantasy land.
An artist can always add a last page with the female character disclaiming "that looked like rape, but I consented."
"I was drawn like an underage girl, but I asked the artist to do it that way, I'm actually 18."
