If you're able to make the decision to have a child for financial reasons, then you're equally capable of doing the rest of the math to realize it's still a net-loss
most kids that get abused are from parents that don't give a fuck anyway and will have it litter of 6 shitheads regardless of the economy. the ones that choose to not to get a kids or wait because they cant afford a kid are the ones you want to have kids
having children to keep population up is good but the better way to combat this is to create more jobs including high paying jobs to keep too many ppl from leaving the country
