The point is that the petition thayt got this proposition on the ballot specifically called it a gas tax repeal

they do not use the word gas here at all

Xavier Becerra, the California A.G who once threatened employers to never expose their illegal alien employees and told them they had an actual legal duty to warn illegals if ICE is probing arond the business (this IS a law in California), was the one behind this change
