I have run out of ideas as to why, it just does, even though I have an SSD
And don't bother giving advice, I've already tried everything
Something is probably fried
Oh right he did make it to a 4th term
But barely
have you tried booting something that isn't your usual OS?
No because windows is the only useful OS for gaming and there would be no point
Love it when program updates force a restart without warning
Hmm
Definitely doesn't make me want to immediately uninstall your product and mail a bomb to the dev team
I assume you've looked at startup programs
How could it be startup programs before windows starts?
I'm stuck in the circle loading screen for eternity every time
Oh, before it books into windows
So it's hanging on the BIOS?
Not the BIOS
So it goes into Windows, but not into user accounts
Alright, that does eliminate startup programs
It eventually does it just takes fucking ages
I don't have the patience for a full reinstall though far too much to reinstall
And I'd lose lots of things I will inevitably forget about entirely
This didn't happen after an update, did it?
No it's acted like this ever since I installed windows
It's probably a bad driver
Odd
It amuses me to no end how I have less hassle with fucking Linux
Still loading
Does it eventially get there tho?
I have yet to use a Linux distro I considered remotely useful
Simply put, nothing worked

I had that issue before after an update. I had to start in safe mode and attempt various drivers. But when that didnt work. I had to reinstall windows via the safe screen
What makes stuff like that so annoying is that it seems that there are a billion and one things that can cause it and Windows gives you no fucking feedback
When it happened to mine the web basically said 4 to 5 drivers and the update possibly clash. Full reinstall cleared that.
I attempted the drivers first naturally. But no avail so doubt that was the actual issue
I've been doing some googling in the past 5 minutes and I have found multiple potential causes. USB devices, Windows updates, drivers
Want to install drivers? Problem. Want to install programs? Problem. Want to change system settings? Problem. You spend 95% of your time copy pasting commands off of ubuntu forums because literally nothing works without a hitch, there is inevitably a missing something or other or you got version 192.2853.3535 and you need 192.2853.3536, shit like that
It doesn't just work
Whenever you're troubleshooting Windows you're always stumbling around in the dark
