I start to note withdrawal 4 days out and it sucks

You can do a controlled taper and not experience bad wds

There’s good vitamins and techniques that are better than the pills (for your body)

I have self tapered down I have way to much of that stuff in a drawer from not taking it like I shoild

They never caused me immediate problems and they did help obviously but I’m not down to take more and always need more until my body is in the ground

I can't sleep which is bad cuz my work suffers
