And legalizing it tbh doesnt outright kill the black market. Especially if the black market can provide it cheaper, easier, and still make a profit.

Thats the problem we have here in canada

its legal, but its much easier to get it from the black market than to get it from the government store... which is only online... and months behind on orders... and had all their customers credit card info leaked weeks after it was legalized.

Oh dispenseries are full here and all over. But they also legalized growing. So the gangs and such bought land. Grow and undercut the dispensaries

And so no tax money from it. Add also china and cartels bought tons of land to grow, and then ship to other areas. Effectively harming the retail market as well.
