What kind of fantasy?

I don't know, but I'll describe some of the plot without spoiling it
So there's this dude named Austin Lively, a middle-aged Hollywood novelist, nearing the end of the opportunity of his career, and his life's going down the drain. Long story short, he reads part of this book called "Another Kingdom" as one of the stories he has to read for the studio he works at, and one day walking through a doorframe, he's transported to a kingdom where he's atop a high castle, in a room. Knights are banging on the door, and he looks down to see a dead body of a princess on the floor, and a bloody dagger in his hand.
