You said, "Gov shouldnt be involved with any laws not falling under NAP" i gave you 2 nap grey areas or exclusions gov should be.
greyfags cant consent
NAP: Non aggression principle
You can't use force to get what you want
Consent
sure, but you can protect what you have
"Force" is a moral grey area as well
Maybe to you
It's pretty cut and dry to me
and if you have borders, then you're good
Is a company forcing control of a sector via buy outs and agressive undercutting force? Or not?
@Fitzydog that's because you don't believe in the age of the consent <:pepe_smug:378719408341909506> <:think_hitlerdidnothingwrong:378717099952177162>
is force force or is it also coercion?
@AlanPowell you have to enforce a border or you dont have borders
now im just being a cunt
@Goblin_Slayer_Floki What about unbalanced trade deals
does that violate the NAP?
you have the right to protect your property, as far as i'm concerned that includes borders
I would say trade tbh in general is a grey area in nap. Its based on personal ideology
immigration? illegal immigration is pretty easy. If all public land is owned by the people then illegal immigrants would be trespassing since libertarians are big on private property rights. If the illegals didnt leave after a trespassing violation had been issued then it would be a violation against the NAP.
@AlanPowell but borders are raycist /s
@M4Gunner In my mind, aggression is a violation of life, liberty or pursuit of happiness.
where does property fall in that @Elijah
I mean, you may be right about the NAP not being useful in trade negotiations when a state is present.
I doubt that company could be predatory without a state to protect it
So a company denying you entry falls under that @Elijah
What?
@galesteppes property I have been debating in my mind for a long time.
Companies are preditory without state protections all the time
It's property
"Persuit of happiness" is very vague and varying as well
What is "happiness" for one is not another
<:what:382980756139409409>
Think of it this way.
Property has to be recognized and enforced
Say you live in a cave.
Somebody else decides to live in that same cave.
Say I live in a house, with modern firearms, and a fence
