You said, "Gov shouldnt be involved with any laws not falling under NAP" i gave you 2 nap grey areas or exclusions gov should be.

2019-01-20 03:19:41 UTC

@M4Gunner Non-Aggression Principle

2019-01-20 03:19:46 UTC

greyfags cant consent

2019-01-20 03:19:50 UTC

NAP: Non aggression principle

You can't use force to get what you want

2019-01-20 03:20:04 UTC

Consent

2019-01-20 03:20:04 UTC

sure, but you can protect what you have

2019-01-20 03:20:05 UTC

"Force" is a moral grey area as well

2019-01-20 03:20:15 UTC

Maybe to you

2019-01-20 03:20:26 UTC

It's pretty cut and dry to me

2019-01-20 03:20:28 UTC

and if you have borders, then you're good

2019-01-20 03:20:50 UTC

Is a company forcing control of a sector via buy outs and agressive undercutting force? Or not?

2019-01-20 03:20:53 UTC

@Fitzydog that's because you don't believe in the age of the consent <:pepe_smug:378719408341909506> <:think_hitlerdidnothingwrong:378717099952177162>

2019-01-20 03:21:03 UTC

is force force or is it also coercion?

2019-01-20 03:21:07 UTC

@AlanPowell you have to enforce a border or you dont have borders

2019-01-20 03:21:11 UTC

now im just being a cunt

2019-01-20 03:21:16 UTC

@Goblin_Slayer_Floki What about unbalanced trade deals

2019-01-20 03:21:27 UTC

does that violate the NAP?

2019-01-20 03:21:34 UTC

@M4Gunner no no no you have a good question

2019-01-20 03:21:44 UTC

you have the right to protect your property, as far as i'm concerned that includes borders

2019-01-20 03:21:52 UTC

I would say trade tbh in general is a grey area in nap. Its based on personal ideology

2019-01-20 03:21:58 UTC

immigration? illegal immigration is pretty easy. If all public land is owned by the people then illegal immigrants would be trespassing since libertarians are big on private property rights. If the illegals didnt leave after a trespassing violation had been issued then it would be a violation against the NAP.

2019-01-20 03:22:03 UTC

@AlanPowell but borders are raycist /s

2019-01-20 03:22:41 UTC

@M4Gunner In my mind, aggression is a violation of life, liberty or pursuit of happiness.

2019-01-20 03:22:54 UTC

where does property fall in that @Elijah

2019-01-20 03:22:58 UTC

I mean, you may be right about the NAP not being useful in trade negotiations when a state is present.

I doubt that company could be predatory without a state to protect it

2019-01-20 03:23:06 UTC

So a company denying you entry falls under that @Elijah

2019-01-20 03:23:13 UTC

What?

2019-01-20 03:23:24 UTC

@galesteppes property I have been debating in my mind for a long time.

2019-01-20 03:23:30 UTC
2019-01-20 03:23:33 UTC

Companies are preditory without state protections all the time

2019-01-20 03:23:35 UTC

Pursuit of happiness is not it @Elijah

2019-01-20 03:23:38 UTC

It's property

2019-01-20 03:23:56 UTC

"Persuit of happiness" is very vague and varying as well

2019-01-20 03:24:08 UTC

What is "happiness" for one is not another

2019-01-20 03:24:12 UTC

@Fitzydog Idk if property really exists without government.

2019-01-20 03:24:19 UTC

<:what:382980756139409409>

2019-01-20 03:24:27 UTC

Think of it this way.

2019-01-20 03:24:30 UTC

Property has to be recognized and enforced

2019-01-20 03:24:35 UTC

Say you live in a cave.

2019-01-20 03:24:51 UTC

Somebody else decides to live in that same cave.

2019-01-20 03:25:04 UTC

Say I live in a house, with modern firearms, and a fence
