Any human right which goes against the right to property or ownership is illegitimate

As for subversives, a person who threatens property rights and works to dismantle them, cannot demand to fall under their protection as that is logically inconsistent, so they fall outside of their protection. Whatever is the consequences of that restriction collapse will be their responsibility.

Slavery is defeated logically by setting the self-ownership principle as an universal human principle and saying: In order for slavery to be legitimate, the self-ownership principle would have to be overturned. But this means one does not fall under this principle either, and as all other ownership comes from self-ownership, ownership itself becomes illegitimate thus owning others becomes illegitimate. This however will not work in non-universal frames
