Yeah basically in The Serbian Film the MC is drugged up and tricked into fucking his 8 year old son, whilst his brother rapes his wife next to him.
After he kills the artist bloke who made him do it, skullfucking his henchmen to death, him and his family commit group suicide. After they do, an associate of the artist bloke comes in and it's strongly implied they fuck the family's corpses, the guy tells his henchman "start with the boy".
