I would make meatballs though with noodles if using ground beef
I only cook twice, maybe 3 times a week,
just that each time you cook make 3 meals..
one for today and make meals for the other days

slow cooker is great too. Stewitup! Potatoes, onions, carrots, fat slab of meat, some builion cubes, some sage and a bay leaf! Cannot go wrong ever!
I just do ground beef + carrots + potatos + onions + garlic + salt + water.
Cheap af healthy stew.
