when the government tries to execute the law
(which is its legal duty)
what I do see taking place within the next 50 years and happening now is the islamic world being sold out on it's values the same way the west did.
And they will liberalize slowly and islam will become a religion of people who talk about it instead of living it
the basic effect of that part of the constitution is really simple
its that it is the responsibility of the government to execute the law
it was the innovation of the Obama administration to not do this

It's basically a principle of seeing the executive as the guy/branch with the power to make sure the laws get executed lawfully

it also means that its their responsibility, so its a crucial part of the constitution combined with unitary executive (the correct reading) of the constitution
