for me the best feeling is to go for a hike or run at dawn
Then do enough physical activity that you are too tired to do anything when you get home
see beautiful nature at sunrise is so inspiring
and you will instantly fall asleep

The other night I actually wanted to fap but I was tired enough that I wanted to sleep more
actually its even easier to sleep if you dont fap, you start fantasizing and pass out pretty quick

if you stay away from something for a week or two, and that's your whole strategy, when you have the opportunity to do it again, and you don't have a strategy or technique for that you'll fail
