you have to be aware of these assumptions when you poke into the details

2019-10-27 05:31:04 UTC

@Deleted User are you saying we can add all the genetic populations in say Mexico together and treat them as one bell curve?

2019-10-27 05:31:05 UTC

it's also why race science is leaky in parts

2019-10-27 05:31:18 UTC

too much certainty was put in some stats or other

2019-10-27 05:31:43 UTC

i don't need science to determine racial differences myself

2019-10-27 05:32:09 UTC

No, I don't believe I ever said that
That's how you find the probabilistic distribution of a single population

2019-10-27 05:33:09 UTC

But if you doubt the clt or the wlln
Good luck lol
They are the crux of experiment design

2019-10-27 05:33:14 UTC

Ok, but I'm talking aggregate 90 lol
So it averages out
Wdym? Weak law of large numbers
A bell curve is made up of infinite bell curves
Central limit theorem as well

2019-10-27 05:33:27 UTC

they literally are the crux, in a bad sense too

2019-10-27 05:33:30 UTC

>_>

2019-10-27 05:33:40 UTC

It seemed like you were saying otherwise.

2019-10-27 05:33:41 UTC

you can support any assumptions with geometry

2019-10-27 05:33:50 UTC

@Hector yeah, like I said, one mulatto race

2019-10-27 05:35:06 UTC

Mexico is not just a mulatto race though. There are populations of Spaniards there. There are populations of natives there. There are the mulattos there. It is more complex than that. Spaniards built that country, pure Spaniards.

2019-10-27 05:35:32 UTC

I'm not talking about mexicoooo

2019-10-27 05:35:41 UTC

Mc was an example

2019-10-27 05:35:57 UTC

There are villages of blonde Spaniards there. Someone I know married a Mexican. They had a blonde and blue eyed child together. She is 100% Spanish.

2019-10-27 05:36:06 UTC

I know that

2019-10-27 05:36:07 UTC

based mexican natives

2019-10-27 05:36:17 UTC

I misunderstood you then.

2019-10-27 05:36:21 UTC

I have been to pure white parts of Mexico

2019-10-27 05:36:26 UTC

Myyy Badddd

2019-10-27 05:36:39 UTC

did you get whitened?

2019-10-27 05:36:48 UTC

<:ancap:387800631525638144>

2019-10-27 05:36:56 UTC

Went full <:npc:502112029994254346> there, mb.

2019-10-27 05:37:28 UTC

i'm sorry if i was being antagonistic, very interesting topic!

2019-10-27 05:37:49 UTC

Pure white places in mexico? That's kinda surprising

2019-10-27 05:38:21 UTC

My original point was that some 56% America with 90iq could support a semi-functional society (with lower standards obviously). Then I threw out an estimate based on some null hypotheses used in most sciences, and everyone got confused and starting talking past each other lol

2019-10-27 05:38:47 UTC

@Roko they are mainly on the North and Central places. I know a guy from Mexico. He said if you go to the right places, you can see villages of nothing but blonde Spaniards. He said it can be jaw dropping.

2019-10-27 05:39:57 UTC

Huh

2019-10-27 05:40:17 UTC

Whiter than Sweden. 🤣

2019-10-27 05:41:21 UTC

My aunt married a dude born and raised in El Salvador and he's pretty much 100% spanish. They are like the ruling elite there, same as Mexico

2019-10-27 05:42:25 UTC

Not sure what it is for mexico per se but the average south american is around 40-60 percent white

2019-10-27 05:42:35 UTC

I am sad they got mutted. Many of them come from regions like the Basque county, Galica, and Catalonia. The mountain region is good European, Spanish stock.

2019-10-27 05:43:06 UTC

I need to get me a wifey from there.

2019-10-27 05:43:26 UTC

@Roko Mexicans are on average 56% European. That's where the meme comes from lol

2019-10-27 05:43:34 UTC

Yeah anyone know why south america got mutted but not so much in North America?

2019-10-27 05:44:29 UTC

Much of it probably has to do to Spanish men getting shipped out with women. South America was a business. Mexico was more of a colony.

2019-10-27 05:44:51 UTC

That's a good way of putting it

2019-10-27 05:45:36 UTC

After the diseases bottle necked South America, only women that pair with the Spanish survived. But Spanish families went to some islands and Mexico.
