Some libshit at my place of work called me a racist for stating that a Bangladeshi colleague would not be familiar with the nuances of British given names in much the same way that I wasn't familiar with the nuances of Bangladeshi given names. They threatened to take it to a disciplinary. If I'm correct, my statement, in and of itself, does not fall under the definition of racism.
