Tbh the most annoying part about it, to me, aside from the grenade spam, is that the enemies come in endless waves, especially in the pacific campaign missions, which are probably the worst.

Gotta be a Dark Enlightenment type faction that want to eradicate democratic liberalism and turn Night City into some kind of AI controlled dictatorship. Or maybe a nihilist faction who just want to ascend to cyberspace.
I understand the voodoo boys somwhat represent that already, I guess, but I miss when factions had complex motivations that people can genuinely debate and reason with.
