That's John's revolver, y'know? It belongs to him, it has history, plus, he's accustomed to it, but it did used the high-power pistol when working with the feds, plus a suit; fit the aesthetic.

2019-11-27 11:06:22 UTC

I dont really care more for games, but the red dead saga and gta iv

2019-11-27 11:07:33 UTC

Though it would've made more sense if they used the 1911 as a template instead of the FN 1903. It was issued to the US army during that period. It's a ubiquitous piece or Americana. It makes sense that the govt would use a new fangled pistol made and trialed just for them.

2019-11-27 11:07:42 UTC

thats good shit

2019-11-27 11:07:45 UTC

Same with the bolt action rifle.

2019-11-27 11:08:01 UTC

It's some sort of Swedish rifle I can't remember the name of.

2019-11-27 11:08:09 UTC

Instead of the Springfield 1903, like it ought to be.

2019-11-27 11:08:23 UTC

bolt action is in rdr2 too

2019-11-27 11:08:29 UTC

That's a French Label rifle, right?

2019-11-27 11:08:59 UTC

2019-11-27 11:09:02 UTC

2019-11-27 11:09:13 UTC

Ahh, yes, that rifle. But I thought it was Swedish.

2019-11-27 11:09:33 UTC

they were pretty much the same country back then

2019-11-27 11:09:50 UTC

I think the Swedes used mauser copies, though.

2019-11-27 11:09:58 UTC

they should have copied the combat system from valkyria for battletech

2019-11-27 11:10:19 UTC

it was standard issue in the american army until 03

2019-11-27 11:10:59 UTC

2019-11-27 11:12:23 UTC

Huh, so it turns out the US Army did issue the Krag–Jørgensen from 1892-1903 .

2019-11-27 11:12:34 UTC

Springfield copy of the Krag–Jørgensen.

2019-11-27 11:12:45 UTC
